I was born in Baltimore City and have lived in Maryland my entire life.
- I am married to Michele a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Sinai Hospital.
- I have been blessed with two children, Rachel and Ben.
- Rachel is a Masters candidate in School Guidance at Eastern Washington State University and is happily married to Cameron Stewart who is studying Chiropractory.
- Ben is a Fulbright Scholar headed to Peru and who is now Senior Writer at World Watch Institute.
- I am a 1976 graduate from the University of Maryland with honors and a 1979 graduate from the University of Maryland Law School where I was a member of the Moot Court Board.
- I have conducted my own practice since 1982 and have been at this same location serving the citizens and businesship of Maryland since 1984.
